ADULT AND COMMUNITY SERVICES
*Acquired Brain Injury (ABI) provides community integration and cognitive retraining for individuals with ABI.
*Career Designs provides comprehensive services for adults with developmental disabilities, including training and support to develop work-related skills and safety habits as well as building community living skills and offering academic and personal growth opportunities.
*Community Access offers recreation, fundamental skills training, occupational studies, and community integration in a comfortable environment to people with developmental disabilities.
*Community Housing provides supported living to people with developmental disabilities and acquired brain injuries in three homes and one ten-unit apartment complex, affording cozy family-style environments, as well as supported living and personal care services to people living alone or with their families.
*Workforce Development provides work assessment, work experience/job readiness training, job coaching, supported employment, and office skills/job readiness classes for people with disabilities and other barriers to employment.

ADULT BEHAVIORAL HEALTH AND FAMILY SERVICES
*Adult Behavioral Health provides substance abuse and mental health treatment and case management for individuals with chronic mental illness and in the Boise, Caldwell & Mountain Home, ID.
*DUI Court and Drug Court provides substance abuse treatment for defendants in the Third Judicial District’s DUI Court, the Canyon County Adult Felony Drug Court in Caldwell, ID.
*Juvenile Court provides substance abuse treatment and advocacy for juvenile defendants in the Canyon County Juvenile Drug Court.

CHILDREN’S SERVICES
*Children and Autism Services offers the P.L.A.Y. (Play and Language for Autistic Youngsters) Project intensive developmental intervention for children on the autism spectrum along with social skills and family support programs for children with special needs in Utah and the Peer Connections program which provides work experience opportunities for students with high functioning autism in Utah and Billings, MT.
*Provo Early Intervention Program serves all eligible infants and toddlers with disabilities or developmental delays, birth through age 3, residing within the Provo, Utah, school district boundaries.

CLINICAL SERVICES
*Adult Day is a social and recreational program for elderly adults and adults with medical or physical disabilities in Great Falls.
*Personal Care provides in-home assistance with daily living activities for elderly adults and individuals with disabilities in the Butte, Choteau and Great Falls, Montana areas.
*Medallion Home Care provides skilled services to clients in their homes, including physical, occupational, and speech therapy; nursing; and medical social work services in Great Falls and Cascade County.
*Highlands Hospice provides end of life care for patients and their families, addressing their medical, social, and spiritual needs in Butte, Deer Lodge, and the surrounding area.

WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT
*Careers in Retail is funded through a Walmart Foundation grant with a goal of assisting customers to advance or be placed into jobs in the retail sector with a pay range meeting middle skilled wage criteria.
*Senior Community Service Employment Program in Utah, funded under Title V of the Older Americans Act, provides eligible seniors the opportunity to gain the training that he or she needs to re-enter the work force.

PUBLIC HEALTH AND EDUCATION administers the Aid to Individuals, Information Referral, and Equipment Loan

PUBLIC POLICY coordinates efforts to positively impact public policy and legislation in the four states ESGW serves.
