We are your local retailer right here in Mount Vernon, WA. We have been doing Satellite Installation work for other companies for over 15 years. In 2012, we decided to open our own Installation company.

The best part of our job is the interaction with the customers. Originally, we did not do any sales with the customers. We were contracted to do the installs. Through that interaction with customers we found that many customers were upset with the experience of how they signed up for service. Many said that they felt lied to about the pricing, Hidden fees and contracts.

We decided in 2016 to start signing customers up ourselves and doing the installs. This way we can control the customer service from beginning to end. Customers can come into our office or call us on the phone and know there will be No hidden fees or dishonesty.

Then we thought let’s get as many providers as we can DISH, DIRECTV, XFINITY, HUGHES NET, EXCEDE and FRONTIER. Let’s give all our customers the pricing and benefits to each service and let them decide. We didn’t want customers to feel pressured. These services are great for the right person and budget.

To many companies today use high pressure sales tactics and this always be closing mantra. In many cases to get people to buy something they don’t really want and providing no real solution for their need. This has caused customers to stop being honest about what they want because they feel they are just going to be lied to and manipulated. We want customers to come to us to get away from those tactics.

NW TV & Internet is here to listen to what problems you are having with your TV & Internet and provide a solution. Most of the time customers feel they are paying too much. Sometimes, customers are not getting the channels they want. Whatever the problem or issue is we are here to provide a solution for it.
