South Jersey Gas delivers clean, efficient natural gas, and promotes energy efficiency to more than 381,000 residential, commercial and industrial customers in the seven southernmost counties of New Jersey. We help our customers warm their homes or businesses, dry their clothes, heat their water, and cook their meals. And as the use of natural gas continues to grow, we will provide the resources needed to help drive cost-effective and efficient electricity generation. As a company, public safety and the safe operation of our gas pipelines is our priority.

We respond to inquiries on our social media channels Monday-Friday. For customer service questions, comments, or concerns please call 1-888-766-9900. Our phone hours are Monday-Friday, 7 a.m. - 8 p.m. and Saturday 9 a.m.- 2 p.m. Report outages, gas leaks or emergencies ONLY to the SJG Gas Leak hotline at 1-800-582-7060.
