General information

Hey everyone, I'm Danni "Boatwright" Wiegmann and I'm a HUGE sports nut! My whole life I've been around sports, from my dad being a coach, to brothers who were star athletes and, I might add, an athlete in my own right. In addition to being raised in a sport crazed family, I grew up in the great state of Kansas, home of the mighty Kansas Jayhawks and the Kansas State Wildcats which I have to mention to keep the partners happy. The one thing my partners and I do agree on the Kansas City Chiefs who have the rowdiest fans in the NFL. Now you see why I'm so passionate about sports!

The past few years I've been working as a sports personality both on TV and radio. However, after becoming a mother of two vivacious boys I decided to hang up the microphone and be a stay at home mom. Not working has driven me nuts! So, I decided to start a hip, sporty girl company. Wall la SIDELINE CHIC! I knew it would take a team to get the "CHIC" rolling so my two good buddies decided to jump on the vision and help drive the sporty girl train.

Jessica Lilja and Julie Zitlow gave up lucrative careers to be stay at home moms. What we all had in common was fanaticism for sports. We would get so frustrated with the lack of stylish apparel to wear on game day that we decided to make our own.
