AGS Lettings has been built to reflect the reputation for customer service and the professionalism of our sister company ANDY GAS SOUTHERN (AGS Ltd).
AGS Ltd was founded in 2004 by Andy Lewis who aspired to become self employed, after nearly 20 years of experience with British Gas and has an impressive 9.9 score on Check-a-Trade with over 2500 positive feedback results. Andy soon discovered, from carrying out hundreds of Gas Safety Certificates on rental properties, that many Landlords were unhappy with the service that their Letting Agents were providing and decided something should be done to rectify this problem and in 2014 AGS Lettings was established. Delivered by our friendly and knowledgeable team with over 15 years experience in the property and rental industry, we guarantee you will find our approach and work ethic refreshingly different.
Being able to offer all aspects of Lettings, from finding a tenant, to complete property maintenance with his dedicated and multi skilled engineers, AGS Lettings can keep third party contractors involvement to a minimum, saving both time and money for the home owner, as well as building tenant’s confidence with constant and reliable information and updates from a team of familiar people.
