Carefree was created because someone wanted to do things differently.

In 2012, fed up with the confusion and frustration that they experienced as a telecoms customer, Carefree set out on their own journey.

Carefree saw the problems and quickly identified the solution: a new type of Telecoms supplier, one born from a customer’s point of view, where simplicity is the constant goal delivered via outstanding customer service.

Just over two years later, more than 7,000 customers like what they find in us with more joining every day. They like that our customer service team is based here in the UK. They like our openness and honesty. They appreciate that we do everything we can to keep prices low and pass on savings when we can. They can see that we think like customers and always strive to understand what they want and how we can be better. Our customers can enjoy a greener lifestyle without paying through the nose for it.

It’s because of this that we’re one of the fastest growing independent telecommunication companies in the UK - but we’re still only at the beginning of our journey, the goal being to change the industry for the better.
