General information

Once an idea has been identified, creative minds and service providers work closely together in order to realize the concept. The diversity of tasks, composition of the team and responsibilities must be readjusted to meet the challenging demands of each project.

Choosing the right service providers is essential to each event. Also the coordination of different service providers is a challenge, even in smaller and medium-sized projects. We find the right partners and we take care of administrating all the service providers involved.

After the pre-production the project needs to be put into practice. This is often the most delicate part of the project. In this phase delays and complications need to be compensated for as fast as possible in order to stay focused on the realization of the vision. It is a fine balance between perfection and deadline. We assist in the production from the setup stage, during execution and right through until the takedown is completed.
