"Jamie “The Motivator” Hayes is a 360 Fitness Expert in Atlanta, GA. His main purpose is to fight against childhood obesity which led him to educating the youth about health and fitness and expose them to different ways to strive for a healthy lifestyle as an early age. As a result, he is now the CEO of Fit Factory 360, formerly named as Peak Performance 360, in October 2010. Moreover, he is an author, trainer, motivational speaker and business coach in Atlanta, GA.

In addition, not only he have worked with different organizations such as Boy Scouts of America and the Boys & Girls Club of America but also partnered with some of the local communities in Metro Atlanta area as a host of health and wellness programs. Furthermore, Jamie received his health and fitness credentials through relevant institutions such as National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and American Sports and Fitness Association (ASFA), where he obtained personal training certifications."
