SAMTL (formerly NAL Asset Management and Trustees Limited) was incorporated on September 5th, 1985 as a Private Limited Liability Company and registered by Securities and Exchange Commission to do the business of asset management and trusteeship.

At SAMTL, our essence comprises of first-class Asset Management services, Trusteeship and Property development. The company also prides itself on its unrivalled financial advisory services, corporate finance, leasing and warehousing services.

Asset Management
The asset management department was established to provide below-listed services to institutional and individual investors. With our team of experienced fund managers, we are able to provide tailored products and services to both small and large institutional investors as well as high net worth individuals that typically have varying investment objectives.

Advisory
We deliver strategic management, corporate finance and Advisory to clients relating to restructuring (corporate restructuring, debt restructuring, financial restructuring), Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A), Divestitures & Spin-offs.

We assist clients to articulate project ideas, feasibility studies & business plans; thus ensuring the bankability of the projects thereof.

Trusteeship
In Corporate Trust Services, we act as trustees to consortium and syndications, bonds of state and local governments, Unit Trust Schemes, Debenture Stocks etc. In lending transactions, we represent mainly the interest of the lenders by holding the security pledged as security, ensuring the adequacy of the collateral and perfection of requisite documentation.
